Our take
I've been testing this Ultragear monitor for a few days, and it's a solid gaming performer. The 180Hz refresh rate is incredibly smooth, and 1ms response time eliminates motion blur in fast-paced shooters. The curved VA panel delivers deep blacks thanks to the 3000:1 contrast ratio, and QHD resolution offers plenty of screen real estate. Colors are vibrant with 99% gamut coverage, and HDR10 adds some pop. Build quality is decent, with a slim bezel and tiltable stand. The built-in speakers are basic but usable. My only gripes are the single USB port and that the included HDMI is only 2.0, limiting 1440p to 144Hz over HDMI. For $266, it's a great value for competitive gamers who want a large curved display.
