Our take
I've always wanted a super ultrawide monitor, and the Odyssey G9 is a beast. The 49-inch 32:9 screen is incredibly immersive, and the 5120x1440 resolution keeps things sharp. The OLED panel delivers perfect blacks and vibrant colors with a 0.03ms response time – motion clarity is outstanding. The 240Hz refresh rate is buttery smooth for fast-paced games. However, as a scratch & dent unit, you're taking a cosmetic gamble. Mine had a small scuff but works perfectly. Also, 250 cd/m² brightness is a bit dim for HDR. It's a huge monitor that requires desk space and a powerful GPU to push those pixels.
